Deep Sound Healing- Rest & Repair

By entering a deeply relaxed state through sound induced meditation, your mind and body is in the optimal setting for restoration, healing and relaxation. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system and inducing predominant brainwaves states of alpha and theta, here lies the potential to rest and repair ourselves, gain insight into life direction, reduce anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure, release physical tension, lower stress levels and boost our immune system.

Each month there may be a theme to work with and instruments may vary between Himalayan bowls, Crystal bowls, gongs or drum (or all of the above) and will end with a therapeutic percussion sequence aimed to remove released energy and to rouse you back to a normal waking state of consciousness.

Please bring with you a bottle of water to hydrate and something comfy to lay on. Mats and blankets are provided but if you want to bring your own that is OK too.  Whatever is right for you to be comfortable during the time of sound immersion.
